Job Title: Senior Data Analyst
Location: Remote, work from home in the US or UK only
Position Type: Full-time (40 hours)

What’s the Job?

Uplift Games is the studio behind Adopt Me, the #1 game on the Roblox platform (25+ billion visits, 1.92 million record CCU) all about adopting cute pets. We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to contribute to the growth and success of our products.

The ideal candidate not only has deep experience understanding game data and taxonomy, but the ability to query, manipulate and deliver analytics and data visualizations to help development and leadership understand how our users play and interact with our products. They possess a creative mind and are able to dig deep into the data to seek out answers and look for areas of improvement. They have excellent knowledge of databases, data flows, and data manipulation.

This is an opportunity to create an outsized impact on many millions of players while operating in a small studio where every person plays a major role. It’s important that you take pride in your work, love to learn new things, and are naturally driven to deliver the best-in-class experiences.

It is essential that you value diversity and want to work alongside talented people from marginalized groups. We are explicitly a trans, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC / BAME, and disability-positive team, and you will be an active supporter of all team members.

This is a remote position open to candidates who are based in the US or UK and can demonstrate eligibility to work in those countries.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for video games, analytics, and technology.
