What’s the Job?

You will play a key role in ensuring that our team members are fully supported by our IT infrastructure no matter where they live, including in the UK where 40% of our team members are based. In the future we may open an office in San Mateo near the Roblox Corporation’s headquarters, so it is important that you would be happy to commute to this location to help to set up and store IT equipment there.

As the sole member of the IT team, your role will encompass everything from helpdesk-style employee support to strategic projects and it’s important that you enjoy and are comfortable with this broad range of responsibilities.

It is essential that you value diversity and want to work alongside talented people from marginalized groups. We are explicitly a trans, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC / BAME, and disability-positive team, and you will be an active supporter of all team members.
