Position Type: Full-time (40 hours)
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support our US employees, ensuring they have a great employee experience as part of our remote-first studio.
You will be responsible for all aspects of HR management in the US including onboarding, compensation / benefits administration, compliance, employee relations and learning & development. You will also support recruitment. This is a standalone role, working closely with our UK Head of HR.
You will be an ambassador for our company, so it’s essential that you are passionate about our culture, as well as our game and community.
This is a remote position open to candidates from the US only. If you are not in the US, your application will be rejected. Due to the need to collaborate with colleagues based in the UK, preference will be given to candidates based in the Eastern time zone.
