Job Title: HR Manager (US)
Location: Remote, work from home in the US only
Position Type: Full-time (40 hours)

What’s the Job?

Uplift Games is the studio behind Adopt Me, the #1 game on the Roblox platform (25+ billion visits, 1.92 million record CCU) all about adopting cute pets. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support our US employees, ensuring they have a great employee experience as part of our remote-first studio.

You will be responsible for all aspects of HR management in the US including recruitment, onboarding, compensation / benefits administration, employee relations, and learning & development.  This is a standalone role, working closely with our UK HR Manager.

You will be an ambassador for our company, so it’s essential that you are passionate about our culture, as well as our game and community.  It is also essential that you value diversity and want to work alongside talented people from marginalized groups. We are explicitly a trans, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC / BAME, and disability positive team, and you will be an active supporter of all team members.

This is a remote position open to candidates from the US only. If you are not in the US, your application will be rejected.
